1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Mire Novanta, including its articles, category guides, supplier profiles, images, downloadable or linked material, email submission channels and related website features (“Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If you use the Website for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that both you and the organisation will comply with these Terms where applicable.

2. Eligibility and 18+ restriction

The Website is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Casino environments are age-restricted, and our editorial subject matter is directed to adult professional and industry audiences. 3. What Mire Novanta is—and is not

6. Supplier submissions and correspondence

Submitting information does not guarantee review, response, publication, ranking or continued inclusion and does not create a confidential, fiduciary, commercial or advisory relationship. Unless confidentiality has been expressly agreed in writing before disclosure, do not submit confidential or commercially sensitive material.

By submitting text, images, technical material, business information or other content (“Submitted Material”), you confirm that:

• you are authorised to submit it and provide the permissions described here;
• it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not materially misleading;
• it does not infringe copyright, moral rights, trade marks, privacy, confidentiality, cultural rights, contractual restrictions or other rights;
• people who are identifiable have been appropriately informed or permission has been obtained where required;
• project names, credits, claims and image licences can be substantiated;
• it contains no malicious code, credentials, restricted casino security information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

You grant Mire Novanta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to receive, store, reproduce, format, edit, fact-check, publish and communicate Submitted Material for evaluating and producing the directory, related editorial content, corrections, archives and promotion of that published content. This licence does not transfer your ownership and applies only to rights you are able to grant.

We may edit for length, clarity, house style and accuracy; request evidence; decline claims; remove material; or retain limited records documenting a decision. You remain responsible for promptly telling us when published supplier facts become inaccurate.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, Mire Novanta or its licensors own the Website’s original text, selection, arrangement, visual design, code, graphics, trade marks and generated or commissioned imagery. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access public pages for lawful personal or internal professional research.

You may

• link to public pages accurately and without implying endorsement;
• print or save a reasonable extract for internal project research;
• quote a short portion with clear attribution where permitted by law.

You may not, without permission

• republish substantial content or reproduce the directory as a competing database;
• remove credits, rights notices or disclosures;
• sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Website content;
• use Mire Novanta branding to suggest sponsorship, approval or affiliation;
• use automated extraction at a volume or rate that burdens the Website;
• use images outside the context and permissions in which they are presented.

Third-party names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to them is descriptive and does not imply affiliation.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe another person’s rights;
• attempt unauthorised access, probing, circumvention or interference;
• introduce malware, harmful code, excessive requests or deceptive communications;
• harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing;
• submit false reviews, fabricated projects, impersonation or misleading credentials;
• publish, request or misuse sensitive casino security or personal information;

Material factual concerns can be submitted under the Editorial Policy. A request does not guarantee removal or a particular editorial outcome.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is supplied on an “as available” basis. We do not give warranties that content is complete, current, suitable for a specific project, free from error or compatible with every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mire Novanta will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special loss; lost profit, opportunity, revenue, data, reputation or anticipated savings; project delay; procurement decisions; third-party conduct; or loss arising from reliance on general information rather than obtaining qualified advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you use the Website in trade, provisions of New Zealand consumer legislation may apply differently than when services are acquired for personal, domestic or household use. 12. Privacy and security

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Browser storage is described in the Cookie Policy. You are responsible for using an appropriately secured device and email account and for not sending restricted project information through ordinary email.

You may stop using the Website at any time. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. The courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or forum that applies.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement about use of the Website and replace earlier website-use terms.
