Purpose and scope

Mire Novanta is an independent, informational publication about physical casino interiors, specialist furniture, safety and security coordination, contract products and professional delivery services in New Zealand. We publish category education, project-planning guidance and supplier information for adult professional audiences. We do not cover gambling offers, games, odds, bonuses, accounts or deposits.

Our content is general information. It is not a substitute for project-specific architectural, engineering, access, fire, legal, regulatory, cultural or procurement advice.

Supplier selection

Potential entries may be identified through public research, completed projects, industry events, professional referrals or direct submissions. We look for evidence that is useful to a New Zealand project team, including:

  • Relevant commercial or high-occupancy experience;
  • Clear product, manufacturing or professional capability;
  • Technical documentation and willingness to support due diligence;
  • A credible route to supply, install and support work in New Zealand;
  • Transparent project evidence and rights-cleared imagery.

Inclusion is discretionary and may be declined or removed. It is not accreditation, certification, a guarantee of performance or advice to appoint a supplier. Readers must independently check references, financial capacity, insurance, compliance, contracts and current capability.

Independence and commercial disclosure

Editorial judgement is kept separate from any commercial activity. Payment does not buy a favourable assessment or undisclosed inclusion. If sponsored content, affiliate relationships, paid placement or other material commercial arrangements are introduced, the relevant content will carry a clear, prominent label.

Suppliers may provide factual information, samples or project access. That participation does not grant control over our conclusions. We may allow a source to check technical facts before publication, but not to approve independent commentary.

Evidence, attribution and updates

We aim to use current primary information, identify indicative figures as such and distinguish editorial guidance from mandatory requirements. Supplier claims remain the supplier’s responsibility. Building and regulatory information can change; readers should check current official sources and obtain qualified advice.

We respect artist attribution, image rights, mātauranga Māori and the intellectual and cultural property interests connected with place-based work. Cultural engagement should be relationship-led and appropriately resourced.

Corrections and right of reply

Material factual errors are corrected as promptly and transparently as practical. A supplier or reader may request review by identifying the specific statement, explaining the concern and providing reliable supporting evidence. Editorial disagreement alone does not establish an error.

Send correction requests to editorial@mirenovanta.com. We may retain correspondence needed to assess and document the request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
